The golden rule of Basso engineering

Basso meticulously studies carbon to enhance its characteristics through its shape. In the areas where energy is generated and discharged – the bottom bracket and steering area -, the circular shape, in addition to reducing the thickness and weight of the tubes, gives greater torsional rigidity, so that all the pedaling energy translates into progression and riding precision. This solution allows to obtain greater lightness, rigidity and control, with the result of not losing power and acquiring stability.

Details

Notice the finer points of the Basso Diamante all meticulously designed with reason. This model uses the clean 3-bolt clamp system 3B seatpost which absorbs vibrations thanks to a rubber gusset surrounding the seatpost. The slender seat stays also add to increased comfort. The streamlined integration of the steerer and stem, mounted perfectly for aero advantage.
