I have had two different bikes serviced at Chainsmith and bought merchandise from their store. Mechanics are the most knowledgeable I have encountered and explained all work and parts required before they commenced.Completely fixed long running issues others had failed to identify. Finished on time and always phoned to let me know. Excellent service and friendly as well.

FAQs
How long will my service take?
We aim to have you rolling within 8 hours of dropping your bike off. That means you can organise the drop off and pick up on the same day.
What bikes do you service?
Chainsmith Bike Shop proudly services Road Bikes and Commuters with equal quality control. We specialise in Italian racing bikes and our quality and reliability is second to none providing you smooth and safe riding after every service.
When it comes to servicing bikes, we also provide Hybrid/Commuter/BMX/Track and MTB Servicing. Ben is at the helm of the workshop for maintenance and reconditioning.
Can you service Campagnolo?
If you have Campagnolo, meet our Campy Technical experts at Chainsmith Workshop. Looking to upgrade? We provide in-depth knowledge and competency across all Road Bike Components, including SRAM and Shimano.
Do you build bikes?
Absolutely. This is our specialty and we regularly customise road bikes with our unique components and accessories.
What does a service include?
For more information on the details and prices of our services, please check out our Commuter Flatbar Hybrid Services or Road Bike Services.
How do I arrange drop off and pick up?
We have quick turnover, so we ask you drop off in the morning of service or the afternoon before. Pick up is organised the day of service and we will inform you of the expected finish time.
Can I store my bike?
Unfortunately no. We are a small space. If you need to organise storage for more than one day we will need to check for storage space or can offer a 5$ per night storage fee.
Can I leave my belongings?
Currently we do not take helmets. The storage space is limited so we are unable to store your bags or accessories.
Can I book in advance?
Yes. You can click on the Online Booking link below to chose your preferred date.
