- Includes : During a Core Service of your bike we tend to the gearing, brakes and wheels. A safety check is performed to ensure all nuts and bolts are tight and the frame wiped.
- Details : Includes wipe and check of the frame. We assess all parts and provide recommendations on all components wear and tear, or repair options. I have had two different bikes serviced at Chainsmith and bought merchandise from their store. Mechanics are the most knowledgeable I have encountered and explained all work and parts required before they commenced.Completely fixed long running issues others had failed to identify. Finished on time and always phoned to let me know. Excellent service and friendly as well.

FAQs
How long will my service take?
We aim to have you rolling within 8 hours of dropping your bike off. That means you can organise the drop off and pick up on the same day. As long as you pre book by using our booking system, our mechanics will be on standby as you roll into the workshop.
The process is easy. Book online and receive a reminder. Bring your bike the evening before, or the morning of your service (9:30-11:30am). As long as there are no complications with difficult to source replacement parts, you can expect your bike returned by the afternoon.
What bikes do you service?

When it comes to servicing bikes, we also provide Hybrid/Commuter/BMX/Track and MTB Servicing. Ben is at the helm of the workshop for maintenance and reconditioning.

Do you build bikes?
Absolutely. This is our specialty. We regularly customise road bikes with our unique components and accessories. Upgrading group sets or annual strip and rebuild is a part of our weekly servicing.
