2.1 You are unable to place an order if you are under 18 years old.

3.1 The CHAINSMITH website will contain links to third party websites. Chainsmith is however not responsible for the content or availability of the third party websites.
3.2 CHAINSMITH owns the Intellectual Property Rights on this website; you must obtain written consent if you wish to copy, distribute, publish, license, use, reproduce or disseminate in any way the content of CHAINSMITH website.
3.3 Items such as our Logo, website template, our pictures, item descriptions remain the intellectual property rights of CHAINSMITH PTY LTD.

6.2 CHAINSMITH is an online and bricks and mortar business, and we will use email as a primary way of communicating with you once order(s) has/have been placed
6.3 CHAINSMITH may cancel your order at anytime
6.4 In the event of order cancelation on part of CHAINSMITH, CHAINSMITH will refund the cost in full as soon as possible. Please allow 5 days for banks to process this refund.
6.5 CHAINSMITH will not take responsibility if an order is declined, delayed or disrupted in the case of Internet issues.
7.1 CHAINSMITH currently is unable to accept money orders or PayPal
8. Ownership and Delivery of the goods
8.1 Chainsmith is capable of delivering goods within CBD and immediate surrounding areas as confirmed by CHAINSMITH STAFF. The delivery date is an estimated delivery date
8.2 Every measure is taken to ensure all products are delivered according to the arranged time. However, delivery can incur delays which are beyond our scope. CHAINSMITH can not accept liability for loss/damage as a result of delays.
8.3 Delivery times of Products using courier and freight Companies are not the responsibility of CHAINSMITH. Once products are dispatched, the customer is responsible for liaising with either courier or delivery agent regarding the time or date of the delivery.
9. Refunds and Returns
9.1 Refunds and returns are not accepted for change of mind. No refund will be provided for Helmets.
9.2. If there is no evidence of delivery; we will assume delivery date to be 3 to 5 days after the item has been dispatched
9.3 The shipping costs is not included in the refunds/returns
9.4 Customer to pay for return shipping back to CHAINSMITH.
9.5 Where products are faulty or damaged upon arrival; we require sufficient evidence of the damage or fault (e.g. pictures) before authorising the return of products
9.6 If a product is found to be working when returned, CHAINSMITH may seek reimbursement of costs incurred.
9.7 If a product is to be returned or refunded; we require the item to be sent back to us in the same condition that was received, this includes all accessories and packaging (if any). i.e. in original and resalable condition.
10.1 Warranty on all products is provided by the Brand itself. We warrant the bicycles against defects in materials and workmanship, and parts for 12 months or according to that stated by the brand.
10.2 Items must be used in accordance with its intended purpose only
10.3 Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, collisions, incorrect assembly, installation of incompatible parts or irregular maintenance are not covered.
10.4 If a defect exists, we will replace or repair (at our discretion) any part that proves to be defective, without charge. Courier or postage costs are not included.
10.5 Consumable items are not covered, e.g. components such as brake pads, tyres and other items prone to wear and tear.
10.6 Damage resulting from corrosion or rust is not covered.
10.7 In the event of faulty part(s) we require that the parts be sent or handed to us. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us, however we will be responsible for the postage costs in sending the parts back to the buyer at the discretion of CHAINSMITH should they be deemed faulty.
